Review by Riane:
So, I’ve looked on the map and just cannot seem to find Bliss Colorado. I so want to find it and visit because I must say some of the greatest characters live there. Holly, Caleb and Alexei are possibly one of the most unlikely trio we’ve met so far but I must admit, they are never dull.
Holly’s ex-husband is in politics. When he decided she was not a good little political wife, he decided to divorce her and force her to leave her son with him. (I must say that I was ready to take the dudes head off at this point, but luckily the story moved on.) She moved to Bliss to be close to her son but away from the public eye. I’m not sure she knew quite what she was getting into, but apparently she liked what she found and is now an integral part of the community.
I’m sure we all remember Alexei from One to Keep. Yeah, he was the mobster who killed several people… but only the bad people. Now that he’s testified against the bad guys, he’s left witness protection and returned to Bliss in hopes of thanking the doctor who saved his life and building a future with Holly.
Caleb Burke came to Bliss to recover, and avoid the public eye. Being from a well known political family was bad enough, but after being held hostage in Africa for a few months, he’s not so good at handling the real world. He’s also not so good at going after the things he wants… especially when he wants Holly Lang. Luckily, Alexei is friendly enough for the both of them, and he doesn’t mind sharing.
Ok. So I wasn’t so sure how this book would turn out. In previous books, the main characters had their quirks, but I felt that Holly, Caleb, and Alexei would be difficult to make into leading character material. I should have had more faith in Ms Sophie. This book kept me laughing the entire time. Laughing in a good way. I can say that this story isn’t as gripping as some of the others. It’s more sweet and fun. There is some BDSM but it’s on the really light side. This story is more about the menage than the BDSM. Caleb’s history is very painful but watching him progress through the book is wonderful. He CAN actually say more than “No.”
I loved how the various series seem to be overlapping a bit. Trev, Bo, and Beth, from Siren in Waiting, have moved to Bliss. Wolf is preparing to move Texas and work in Julian’s club with his brother Leo. There are several mentions of this town in Oklahoma, and one in Texas that have this tendency toward menages like Bliss does. For those who are familiar with the series, yeah, it’s kind of fun catching the little mentions.
Found in Bliss is a fun addition to the Nights in Bliss series. Definitely worth a read. I can’t give it a 5 just because while it’s a lot of fun, it just didn’t wrap me up and pull me into it like many of Sophie’s other books. It’s really good… but there’ve been so many great. I have to say that I expect Wolf and Leo’s story to be Flat Out Awesome. Oh, and any chance Nicky is in future plans?

I am buying this one as soon as it lands on amazon. I have read all the other Bliss books. Thanks for the review of it. Can’t wait.
