Ahh!  It’s time to go visit my favorite Colorado town.  Let’s see, sunscreen… check,  alien repellant… check, weapon and ammo… check.  Ok, I think I’m ready. What?  Sometimes it gets dangerous in Bliss and I haven’t met a couple of hunky guys to keep me safe, yet.

James and Noah are brothers. Not by blood, but by heart.  Growing up, they always knew their future would be together with one woman.  That was until a woman came between them and Noah left James and Bliss behind.  Five years later, Noah returns with his tail between his legs, to learn that a lot has changed.  But this is Bliss and some things will never change.

Hope has lived in Bliss for a year and has fallen in love with the little town.  She’s also falling a bit for the local rancher, James.  If only he returned her interest, but he prefers no strings in his relationships.  Perhaps that’s for the best because given her history, settling down isn’t really an option for her.  Until the past catches up with her and well, Bliss has a way of taking care of their own, right?

I really enjoyed Pure Bliss.  The characters are well written and likeable.  Hope with her secrets, James with his scars, and even Noah with his… well, even Noah.  There were several times I just wanted to knock some sense into one or two of them.   Especially Noah.  What can I say, I’m a little partial to James.  Without giving anything away, the ending made me very happy… especially how Hope realized her own strength.  And, given this IS a book by Sophie Oak, and it IS Bliss, yes, there was some awesome sex… including ménage and some light BDSM.

I can’t say that this book is the strongest of the Bliss series.  This book is a really good addition to the series.  It is a quick read and it is fun.  It has emotional moments but they didn’t suck me in really deep.  Altho, it did have me near tears at one spot.  I just have a couple of comments for Ms Oak.  1. I LOVED seeing more of Henry.  2. I really want me one of those t-shirts. And 3. PLEASE tell me that Jesse and Cade are next?  Please?  Sexy mechanic boys just do it for me.
