Elfina has tried everything in the book to entice her boss, but it seems that every thing that she does is in vain.  Little does she know that Dayton has definitely taken notice, and more than that, he has set his own plan into motion.  But what Dayton begins is so much more than what he expects.

This book was a great read.  Not only do we get a hot and exciting read but we also get a wonderful romance as well.  I loved and anticipated each of Dayton’s gifts as much as Elfina did.  Dayton is a wonderful man.  He has overcome so much in his life, yet the past still haunts him.  Elfina may just be the answer to his problems if only Dayton would open up.  I loved watching both Elfina and their relationship grow into something much more than what Dayton thought he wanted.

I loved many of the secondary characters as well.  They all stand out in their own special ways, and I hope to meet them again.

I have to say Elfina’s mother is a hoot, and I just loved her.  It is easy to see where Elfina gets her feistiness.

Dayton and Elfina’s emotions burn up the pages and take the reader on an emotional roller coaster ride.  The author does a wonderful job of bringing all the characters and their world vividly to life.  I loved this visit and hope to come back again some time soon.
