Rella Cinder has reached the age that mandates she attend the planet’s Unity Festival where the warrior males choose their mates from the available females in attendance. Tradition dictates that the females are not told what occurs, simply that they are to submit as their culture dictates and please the man who may end up being their mate and master.
Sabar T’Brun has attended many Unity balls but has yet to find a female he can see having a future with. Since mid-2011 when I read Bound for the first time, I have been waiting for the war that would put Cian and Beckett back on their rightful thrones, but preparations needed to be made, armies needed to be built, and relationships needed to be solidified. I must say that Beauty made the waiting all worth it.
