Eden LaCroix, administrator at the Spearfish Community Youth Center, is fighting to keep the doors open. The city council wants to tear it down and rebuild in a new location outside the community it serves. Hoping to convince the city council to renovate the existing building, she contacts a few engineers to get their opinion on the feasibility.
